Elevate: A Conversation on AnxietySample
Setting aside time to read the Bible like you’ve been doing during this devotional is great. However, sometimes, life hits hard, and you don’t have time to run to the Bible. That is why it is great to intentionally memorize Scripture, so Scripture becomes the thought that comes up when you need a reminder of what God says is best. Psalm 24:4a is a great scripture to memorize when the chaos of life becomes too much, and you’re having a hard time seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. God is always with us, no matter how dark our lives may seem when we go through difficult things. Even in the darkest days of life, God loves us, cares for us, and is walking through life with us.
Take some time over the next few days to memorize this Scripture by talking about it with a friend or family member. Then ask them to message you or ask you in person to write out or speak the verse from memory. This is a great way to involve others in memorizing Scripture.

About this Plan
Anxiety is one of humanity's top struggles, but what, if anything, does God do to help? In this one-week devotional, we’ll focus on finding ways to walk through the anxiety so many of us face. Most importantly, we’ll be reminded that God is always with us when we feel anxious and just how important it is to find the right people to walk through this conversation with.
