You've probably heard the phrase, "He'll give you the shirt off of his back," referring to a kind or generous person. It describes a type of person who will make sure someone in need is provided for, and when I think about God's generosity, I think about this phrase.

Not only would God be described this way, but you could also add, “. . . and a listening ear, a source of hope, incredible joy, and anything else you may need." The list continues because God is so generous.
