Experiencing God in JamesSample

After reading James 1, reflect on the following questions:
- Are you choosing great joy when you encounter trials? Do you believe God can bring joy in the midst of your grievous ordeals (v. 2)?
- Do you lack wisdom? With how much faith are you asking for it (vv. 5-8)?
- Are you a doubter, or are you absolutely confident you will receive from God what you ask (vv. 6-7)?
- Are you quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger (v. 19)? If you are not, how might God want you to change?
- Are you attempting to do something out of anger (v. 20)? Are you in danger of dishonoring God and doing something you will regret?
- Are you putting into practice everything you are learning in your Bible study and worship services (v. 22)?
