One of the greatest gifts you will ever receive is the chance to follow God’s Spirit. Getting a great gift is exciting! However, receiving the gift is only the beginning. After we get a gift, we have to learn how to use it for the purpose it was given to us. We have God’s Spirit so that we can produce fruit that causes our lives—and the world—to change for the good. Remembering the fruit of the Spirit helps us to know when we are being led by the amazing gift of the Holy Spirit. This week try memorizing this verse by sharing the scripture with a friend and creating a challenge to see who will memorize it first.
