Prayer for Non-Biological Moms

Dear Lord, I pray for the mom You’ve gifted me with by the unique circumstances you brought us together. I pray her heart is always rooted deeply in her faith in You as she daily works to ensure the safety and nourishing of my well-being. Lord, I pray You would be with her and that Your amazing love would sustain her on those days when my emotions overtake me, and I need her love and support. I pray Your Spirit would fill her as she seeks to train me up in the way I should go with a heart after Christ. Above all, I thank You for my mom, who has followed the calling You placed on her life to take me in and followed Your example to love me as her own. I pray for her in all these things, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
