Only the YoungSample

Words do a lot. We use them to communicate basic instructions, tell people we love them, and make people laugh. But sometimes we use words as a defense mechanism to deal with difficult issues or situations that make us uncomfortable. For instance, we can be sarcastic, use dark humor, or take a shot at those around us. But what if, instead of resorting to sarcasm, or hiding behind words that could hurt someone else, you chose to use your words for good? The truth is, harmful or hurtful words are everywhere. But kindness? That’s harder to discover. Today, pick one person whom you will extend kindness to with your words and then follow through.
