Who Is JesusSample

Have you ever seen one of those books that are supposed to help you make your life better? Or maybe you’ve seen a post on Instagram with the caption, “5 Things You Can Do to Be Happier.” As great as these things may seem, they don’t always work for me. The things we do to make our lives better may work for a little bit, but, the problem is, they don’t always last. Because even if they are good or fun things, I have been left wanting more or wanting “better.” Have you ever felt that way, too? 

John, the author of this verse, tells us that following Jesus is what will truly make our lives better. This “better life” we all want is ours because we choose to believe in and follow Jesus! 

This week, find one way to get to know Jesus more. That might be reading the Bible, going for a walk in creation, or listening to a worship song. Whatever it is, take one step toward the better life Jesus offers us by getting to know Him more.
