Do you have people in your life who will call you out for doing unwise things? What about someone you can call to ask for advice in a tough situation? At some point, you’re going to need someone. We all do.  Whether it’s doing the wrong thing that upsets a friend, making a bad decision, or failing a big test, there will be times when the wisdom and help of someone else will be necessary for us. We can listen to the advice of someone we trust, take responsibility for our actions, and find ways to move forward. 

Today, make a list of two adults to whom, you feel, you could go for advice. Reach out to them, just to check-in, and open the lines of communication starting today.
