Draw Nigh.

“Come near to God and he will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded.” ‭James‬ ‭4:8‬ ‭NIV‬‬

God is drawing you close to His Heart. He is leading you. He is guiding you. He is drawing you close to Him. John 6:44 KJV declares, “No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.” 

May the Father draw you close. Psalm‬ ‭145:18‬ ‭KJV‬‬ declares, “The Lord is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.” May you seek Him. May you seek His Way of doing things. May you hunger after His Way of doing things. May you crave His Character. May you apply His Word and follow His Principles and Precepts both day and night. 

Psalms 1:1-2 KJV declares, “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.” 

Meditate upon His Word. Draw from His Wisdom. Draw close to His Counsel. Pattern your ways after His Word. Choose not to sit in the seat of the scornful. Draw close to God. Draw close to our True and Living King.
