Are you facing something today that is scaring you? Perhaps it's unemployment, perhaps a broken relationship, perhaps emotional baggage, perhaps some conflict.
Whatever uncertainty or unknown future is making us fearful, God is giving us this promise today. He plants Himself firmly before us, and speaks this truth into our situation – “I am with you to deliver you”. Let us take heart for the God of the universe, who never sleeps or slumbers, is promising us that He will stay with us, walk this road with us, and never abandon us until He delivers us. What comfort that is to hear. May we believe that and trust Him, regardless of what is staring us in the face today. After all, He is the God who does not lie.
Pray for:
• Faith in God’s ability to deliver us from every fearful thing.
• Trust in God’s strength and desire to save us.
• Hope in the midst of hopeless situations.
