Girl, be honest with God

In Psalms 6, David was honest with God. David told God how he was faint and how his soul was in deep anguish. He unashamedly released his true feelings to God about what he was facing. David poured his heart out to God through prayer. 

Girl, being a Christian doesn't mean that every day you will be happy or you won't experience moments of frustration. You are human, you have emotions, and you were created to feel. It's important for you to remember that when you experience moments of disappointment, worry, stress, or frustration that you turn to God in prayer. You can't fight your own battles. God is ready to fight them for you. 

Be honest with God when you pray. Tell him exactly how you feel. Are you feeling depressed, stressed, or worried today? Tell God about it, so that He can turn it around for you. 

Prayer

God, I don't like everything I'm walking through right now, but I'm grateful that you are with me as I walk through the valleys. God, I give everything I'm facing to you today. I shall overcome and win this battle, because you are with me. Father, you said in your word that you will never leave me nor forsake me. Thank you for hearing my cry, oh Lord. In Jesus's name, Amen.
