Doing Business With God: Building a Successful Kingdom BusinessSample
Focus - Near Vision and Distance Vision
The clear lens of the eye is flexible enough that when the muscles around it tighten or relax, the change in shape results in the eye’s ability to focus on near or far objects. God created us with this ability so that we can read our favorite novel right in front of us and still be able to appreciate the sun, moon, and stars millions of miles away. In addition to the physical vision God has given us, He has also given us a spiritual vision for our life and business.
Habakkuk tells us to write the vision and make it plain so that it will speak. Lately, it’s been popular to create a vision board. If this is something that you do, great! But does it reflect God’s vision for your life? A vision board without God’s vision is just a set of goals. Additionally, what are you doing with the vision that you have written or drawn out? Do you reflect on it daily to make sure your daily actions are in alignment with it? God’s word reminds us to keep His word in front of us so that we do not forget it. Maybe it’s time to revisit and re-view your business or ministry plan and see how it lines up to both your daily actions.

About this Plan
God has created us with the gift of perfect vision, both physically and spiritually. But maybe you feel the vision you had for your business or ministry has died. What do we do with this? We look to the giver of dreams. This devotional takes you through a vision check, helps diagnose vision problems, and provides corrective lenses to see clearly what God has for you.
