is for Jesus and His Joy

Welcome Baby!

Everything you are and everything you do is all about and for Jesus. You are in Him and He is in you. All of the good you do is found in the person of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. You are a vessel of love to all those around you and very specifically to your newborn bundle of joy. Apart from Him, you can do nothing, yet in Him nothing is impossible! The days you live have been written for you long ago. You have been called to be a blessing. He has gone before you, behind, beside, beneath, and above you. As one who has been crucified with Christ, the old is gone. The new has come.

In Christ, you no longer live for yourself, but for the One who loved you and laid down His life for you. He has given Himself and His righteousness. In His love, you learn to love. Yet you must learn to live in this love. Even your love for Him comes from Him because of what he accomplished on the cross.

Throughout each day you will be called to die to self, sacrifice, deny your wants, even your needs as you trust Him to meet you and all you need. Sometimes it will be excruciatingly painful. Jesus accomplished what you could not so that as you die to self you could share His love with others through Him!

In Jesus is true joy, and the ability to do far more than any of us could ever do alone! Your little one will come to know Jesus and His joy through you as you grow to know and love Him more and more each day.
