Christmas in 3 ActsSample

Experience
Take some time today to read, re-read and re-read again these verses. Let the drama, tragedy, and promise start to feed you. Perhaps there are verses you want to write out and place in a prominent place in your home or vehicle.
Practice
Before you go to sleep each night during Advent why don’t you choose to kneel by your bed? This posture creates an opportunity to submit your concerns, fears, tensions, and anxieties to Him. “(I) do not know what to do, but (my) eyes are on You.” (v12) You leave those things with Him and choose to rest in peace.
It might change the way you start the day, too?
Question
Where do I turn first when fear and doubt overwhelm me? Are there any changes I need to make?
Prayer
I choose to surrender my life and future to You, trusting in You this day and seeking Your voice.
Scripture
About this Plan

In this Advent Infinitum Series, we will be using the themes of Tragedy, Comedy and Fairytale. They will act as doorways into a deeper understanding of surrender, generosity, and mission. Each theme lasts 7 days. The first day will be an introduction. Days 2 to 6 will give you a reading, an experience, a practice, a question, and a prayer. Day 7 is Sabbath, consolidation, review, and recollection.
