• YOU ARE A CHOSEN CHILD OF GOD, ADOPTED WITH A GLORIOUS INHERITANCE

To all who receive Christ, who believe in His name, God gives the right to become children of God. You are a treasured possession of the God who created the universe and everything in it, INCLUDING YOU! He created your inmost being, knitting you together in your mother's womb (Psalm 139:13-14) and predestined you for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ. He is a father to you, adopting you to be His sons and daughters. You are the son/daughter of a KING! How amazing is that? Shout it out loud! Say, "I, (insert your name), am the son/daughter of a KING!" Repeat it, "I, (insert your name), am the son/daughter of a KING!" Hallelujah! Doesn't that feel amazing? 

He chose you before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in His sight. Know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in His holy people (Ephesians 1:18). Your inheritance as a child of God can never perish, fade or spoil, and is kept in heaven for you! Have you thanked God for your spiritual inheritance? Take ownership of this divine gift from your loving Heavenly Father with graceful acceptance and gratitude and experience the blessings that come with it. 

• YOU ARE FORGIVEN, SET FREE, AND MADE ALIVE IN CHRIST

You are set free from sin's deadly grasp and have eternal life through Christ's death on the cross and His resurrection. He paid with His life to give you forgiveness and salvation. He swallowed up death and won the ultimate victory, conquering sin and death on all believers' behalf. For as in Adam all die, so in Christ, all will be made alive (1 Corinthians 15:22). In Christ, God promises the gift of salvation and eternal life, with new spiritual bodies. You are not saved on your own or because you deserve it; salvation is a free and gracious gift from God. 

You are declared "not guilty" of sin; you are righteous and without condemnation. Having a new life and nature, you can be confident that sin's power is broken. The old you has passed away with Christ, including past sin. Are you holding onto any sinful nature? If so, go to God in prayer, ask for forgiveness, and you will be washed clean. Remember, God removes your sins as far as the east is from the west. They exist no more. You have a new beginning, and the Holy Spirit will help you become in your daily experience what Christ has declared you to be.
