Essential Qualities of Kingdom LeadersSample
HEARERS AND DOERS OF THE WORD
“But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves. For if you listen to the word and don’t obey, it is like glancing at your face in a mirror. You see yourself, walk away, and forget what you look like. But if you look carefully into the perfect law that sets you free, and if you do what it says and don’t forget what you heard, then God will bless you for doing it.” James 1 :22-25
Kingdom leaders are mandated to live the word of God, being an example to the world. We are expected to uphold the standard of God in all we say and do. There are people who have never read the Bible or attended a church. That is why our life must be a living epistle (letter) which can be read of men. Our conduct and lifestyle sends forth a message that represents the Kingdom. The word of God should be alive in us for all to see.
