Not by Power Nor by Might

“Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.” Zechariah‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

It’s not by your own strength that you shall succeed—it’s by the grace and power of God that God will promote and exalt you. Let His grace lead you. Let His power guide you. Let His way open up unexpected doors of opportunity.

Isaiah‬ ‭43:19‬ ‭KJV‬‬ declares, “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” Let His way carve out unexpected paths in your life. God can make rivers in the desert. If you’re stuck in a wilderness choose to remember that He can make a way. God is stronger than any wilderness that you face. 

There is nothing that can stop our God. Choose to focus on God in the middle of a crisis. Choose to focus on Christ in the middle of calamity. Choose to focus on Christ in the middle of chaos. Choose to focus on Christ in every season of your life. 

It’s not by your own strength, power, or might that you’ll succeed; choose to be strong in the Lord and trust in Him. God is the One who will lead you out of the wilderness and break the bondage of the desert.
