As we journey through the book of Jude, we’re reminded that swift and severe judgment awaits all who refuse to come to You through Jesus, “the way, and the truth, and the life”! 

Jude reminds us of God’s warning from long ago of judgment yet to come: “It was also about these that Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied, saying, ‘Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of his holy ones, to execute judgment on all and to convict all the ungodly of all their deeds of ungodliness that they have committed in such an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things that ungodly sinners have spoken against him’ ” (14-15). 

Along with the psalmist David, heavenly Father, I pray that You will search me, know me, see if there’s any wicked, deceitful, hurtful way in me (cleanse me!), and “lead me in the way everlasting!” (Psalm 139:23-24).
