His Grace Never Runs Out
James 4:6 (NLT)
AND HE GIVES GRACE GENEROUSLY. AS THE SCRIPTURES SAY, “GOD OPPOSES THE PROUD BUT GIVES GRACE TO THE HUMBLE.”
God gives grace generously. Sometimes people think we have this certain amount of grace allotted to us and when we mess up, grace somehow gets "deducted" out of our account. God's grace does not run out. The enemy wants us to think we can go to God "too much". That is a lie. God always wants us to go to him. It doesn't matter how bad we messed up; God wants us to come to Him. When we go in humility, His grace is available.
Apply:
Today, go to God in humility. Let Him know what's on your heart and the things you need. Let Him know how you need help today.
Pray:
Dear God, thank you for freely giving me your grace. I choose to come to you in humility because you want to help me. Help me to lean on you for all I need. In Jesus' name, amen.
