Many churches think about their seating capacity. How many people can fit inside the building? But churches also need to ask about their sending capacity. How many people are leaving Sunday, heading into Monday sent on a mission?
Jesus raised the bar on following Him through this prayer. Just as He was sent on a mission, so are you. What would it look like to see an awakening of sending from your church in this next season? What if your sending capacity matched your seating capacity?
Speak a prayer that you would be more than just passive church members. That instead you would be sent into the world to show and share the love of Jesus.
