 You’re In The Palm Of My Hand  

The Father says, “My perfect love is rushing into your heart, and casting out all fear. Let go of all that you’re holding, and cling to Me. I am Jehovah Jireh, your Provider. I am Jehovah Rapha, your Healer. I am Alpha and Omega, and I will fill your days with My goodness as you are in covenant with Me. Your family, finances, and future; lay them at My feet, and watch what I will do as you trust in Me. My beloved child, you’re in the palm of My hand.”

God has invited us to abide in this revelation: we are in the palm of His hand. Like the children’s song, “He’s got the whole world in His hands!” When facing hardships, it’s important to lean into the Father’s voice and rest in His nearness. It’s not by might, nor power, but by His spirit. He is our hiding place, refuge, and strong tower. In the known and the unknown, in the present and the days to come, He is the one to which we should always run.

In 2 Chronicles 20:20, King Jehoshaphat was in the middle of a battle. The word of the Lord came saying, “You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will give you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow, and the Lord will be with you.” As they went toward the army, King Jehoshaphat and his people worshipped full-heartedly, and exalted God's name!

As they sang, the Lord set ambushes against their rival, and their enemy was defeated.

One of the greatest positions of faith is to rest in the Father’s arms and adore Him. Rest in the goodness of God. Rest in His promises. Rest in His victory. Rest, and He will take care of the rest. Like John the beloved, lay your head upon Jesus’ chest. It’s in this place of intimacy and communion that all concerns are drowned out by the beat of God’s heart. His heart is beating for you. The Father says, "You are in the palm of My hand."
