Follow After Righteousness.

“He that followeth after righteousness and mercy findeth life, righteousness, and honour.” Proverbs‬ ‭21:21‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Choose to pursue Christ with all of your heart. Proverbs‬ ‭21:21‬ ‭NLT‬‬ declares, “Whoever pursues righteousness and unfailing love will find life, righteousness, and honor.” Pursue God. When you choose to pursue God, with all of your heart, He will remove the stain of the past and pour Himself into you like never before. 

Proverbs‬ ‭21:21‬ ‭AMPC‬‬ declares, “He who earnestly seeks after and craves righteousness, mercy, and loving-kindness will find life in addition to righteousness (uprightness and right now standing with God) and honor.” Earnestly seek after Christ. Pursue Him over the things of this world. Choose to crave Christ. Let His Love overtake you. Let His Power permeate and dwell richly in every part of your life and heart. 

When you pursue Christ — you’re pursuing after His Righteousness or “God’s Right Way of Living.” Let Christ live in you. Let Christ breathe upon the work of your hands. Choose to follow His Plan. Follow His Way. Follow His Word. 

In fact, those that follow after righteousness, or pattern their footsteps, actions, and desires after Christ — will find life in Christ. Surrender your ways to Him. Surrender your heart to Him and let God satisfy every area of your heart. Let God dress you with honor. Choose to follow after Christ.
