THE PRESENCE OF GOD 

What is the most precious thing in our life? For the worldly, this could be the beauty of the world, the greatness, the position, the riches, etc. They think they would be satisfied if they could get everything in this world. Lord Jesus gave a parable about a rich man who thought that his soul was in peace when he saw his abundant riches. However, the Lord told him that if his life was taken from him right now, then what would be the use of his riches?

Are we jealous when we see unbelievers who seem to be healthy and live a good life? We are supposed to pity them because they do not have the true protection of God. God’s presence is far more than anything else. At the end of the book of Ecclesiastes, the writer said that everything is in vain without the presence of God.

Where do we receive God’s presence? When we honor God’s holiness in our daily lives. In God’s presence we will receive His promise that will never be broken by anything or anyone unless we walk out of God’s presence. Take your stance and humble yourself before the Lord.
