21 Days of CelebrationSample
Day 3
”Let’s prepare a great feast and celebrate. For this beloved son of mine was once dead, but now he’s alive again. Once he was lost, but now he is found!’ And everyone celebrated with overflowing joy.”
Luke 15:23-24 TPT
Question:
Think of a time when you lost something. What emotions and feelings did you experience?
Application:
The story Jesus tells here of the son who was lost, carries a clear message for the value and worth of a person's life despite mistakes and wrong choices. It may be difficult, but the way God celebrates you is likened to the picture in this story of the son who is given the biggest party when he returns home.
The experience of rediscovering what is of value and worth, just as the son who returns discovers for himself, supersedes any initial and potentially dreadful sensation of loss. When you came home to Father God, everyone celebrated with overflowing joy in heaven as well as what you saw in earth.
Prayer:
Thank you Jesus, that you made a way for me to rediscover the Father as my own and have accepted me into your family. Today I celebrate the life you have given me!

About this Plan
Take the adventure through God's word and see transformation in your life as you exercise the muscles of celebration. Much is made about the need for a reason to celebrate. To truly understand the Good News is to focus away from striving for personal accomplishment and instead, walking with the Father God, receiving all that has been accomplished through Jesus on our behalf, empowering us for a life of celebration.
