Lord, by Your Spirit I ask that You would continually refine and purify my character. Clothe me with humility. Clarify my path moment by moment. Increase my zeal and devotion for You. Cause me to realize the brevity of my earthly stay and order my steps accordingly. Cure me of the foolishness of delay and indecision. Glorify Yourself through me.

Source, Creator, Author 

Lord, You are the First Cause. By Your word, You created everything that exists. You are the author of life and salvation. You designed all things. Through sin, we have distorted, broken, and corrupted Your perfect creation. Thank You that You will restore all things in a new creation. We eagerly anticipate that day when Your perfect design will be renewed.  

Lord, please continue and complete the good work You have begun in us to prepare us to serve and live and worship in the new creation. We cannot imagine the fulfillment of that vibrant life lived in Your presence when we will finally see You clearly in Your magnificent glory and perceive Your incomprehensible splendor.

We worship You. It is surprising and amazing that You use even the distortions, brokenness, and corruption brought about by sin to prepare, purify, train, equip, and test us. Your wisdom is inscrutable. You bring life out of death, victory out of defeat, strength out of weakness, and glory out of humility.  

We trust You. We are clay in Your hands. Mold us. Use us. Thank You!
