Humble Yourself.

“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:” ‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭5:6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Let God exalt you. When you’re in the Potter’s Hands — anything is possible. When you humble yourself before Him — God will raise you up, in due time. When you’re in the Hands of the Father — He will not set you before mean men. “Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.” Proverbs‬ ‭22:29‬ ‭KJV‬‬. 

When God raises you up, no one can dethrone you. “For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭75:6-7‬ ‭KJV‬‬. When you are in God’s Hands — No one can take you out of the Master’s Hands. He is the Potter of all of creation. Humble yourself. Surrender to His Way. Surrender to His Process. 

When you are His clay — He will transform your story. In due time, God will exalt you. Let God mold you. According to Strong’s Concordance, the Greek word for “Humble” is, ‘tapeinoō’ (G5013) which means, “To make low, to bring low, to level, reduce to a plain, to bring into a humble condition, to assign a lower rank or place, to abase, to be ranked below others who are honoured or rewarded.” Choose to humble yourself before God. 

As dust, we worship God. As dust, we lay before Him. As dust, we make ourselves low and bring ourselves into a humble condition. God is our Father. He is our Potter and we are His clay. Choose to let God mold you. Let God honor you through the Work of His Hands. He will exalt you in due time.
