GIVING and RECEIVING is at the heart of any success story. What we give is what we get back out of life. If we are not happy with our life, we should look at what we are giving. To achieve success, we need to give something of value to society. Success is guaranteed when we figure out what our immediate environment is in need of, and provide that, whether it is a seed or physical goods.

A person that has an attitude of a giver always looks for how they can add value to other people’s lives. They do not just wait for society to give them something, but always look for what they can give to society. As a result, society, in turn, gives them back something of value. It can be money or something intangible like respect or honor.

There two things that are very important about value. The first is the amount of value we put out there. When we give small amounts of value, small amounts of value come to us. If we give vast amounts of value, vast amounts of value come to us. The Lord showed us this principle in the gospels in Luke chapter 8 and Matthew chapter 20

When you give value, value will come to you. The higher the quality of value, and the more the amounts of value, the higher the quality and amounts of value that comes back to you. 

What separates extraordinary performers from the ordinary is not what they do, it is how they do it. High-quality people provide high-quality value. They do not just produce more. They produce more high-quality value. 

Therefore, success secret number one is value adding. Find what society needs and give it. Don’t just give a little. Give more. Nonetheless, don’t just give more, give more high-quality value. When we do this we are on our way to success.

Help me to see the opportunities to add value in my environment. Open my eyes to see the right opportunities and my ears to hear correctly and my mind to interpret things correctly. In Jesus' name.
