When you feel depressed or anxious, how do you typically respond? 

One way that many people tend to respond is by isolating themselves. This only feeds the lie that says, “I’m all alone.”  

God’s best for us is that we live surrounded by a community that cares for us, encourages us, and helps us in times of need.  

Who do you have in your life to support and encourage you? How can you be that support for someone else? What can you do to keep yourself from isolating when life gets hard?

Many people feel the weight of overwhelming sadness, uncertainty, fear, anxiety and depression. It’s almost become the norm. When Jesus promised his followers a rich and satisfying life, surely this couldn’t be what he intended. While this plan doesn’t offer any solutions or quick fixes, it does offer reminders of hope and truth to help you in this difficult time.
