Does Church Matter?
Okay, today’s question is a great one! If you don’t have to go to church in order to follow Jesus and live with Him in Heaven one day, then does church even matter?
The Bible compares the Church to a body. In fact, everyone who trusts and follows Jesus is called the Body of Christ—or the Church (notice the capital C). Not just a local church, but the Church!
Today’s Bible reading from 1 Corinthians explains it so well. And this video explains very well why church matters, too!
You matter. You’re a part of the Body of Christ, the Church. And you matter to your local church. That’s something great you can remember for the rest of your life.
Okay, what’s up for our next day in this Bible Plan? Oh, it has a little something to do with you! In fact, it’s all about you. Can’t wait!
