I AM MORE THAN A CONQUEROR

I love that Paul gets a little passionate in this verse, beginning the sentence with a statement – NO! We begin today with a NO – this NO is standing between you and your enemies. This is you stopping everything that intimidates you, this is you putting up your hand to things that frighten you – it’s time to say NO! No more intimidation, no more fear, no more depression, no more anxiety. NO - you all stop here! The Word of God is your wall and it says NO!

And then Paul keeps going, why NO!? Because we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. More than a conqueror – more than a warrior, tougher than those who conquer cities, tougher than the greatest fighter. Today see yourself as someone who is not just a conqueror but ‘more than’ a conqueror. We have confidence through Him who loves us. We are more than a conqueror because we are safe and secure in His love. Today in His love he is going to build up your spiritual muscles; know that you are tougher than you can imagine. Clothed in the armor of God, more than a conqueror!
