Worlds ApartSample
Did you know that the earth is the only planet perfectly positioned in our solar system to sustain life? That means it’s the only inhabitable planet in the known universe! If the earth were any farther from the sun, oceans would freeze. If it was any closer, water would evaporate. Pretty cool, right?
Well, this verse in Colossians tells us that God is both the Creator and the Sustainer of life. That means that when He created the earth and everything in it (humans included!), He did it with intentionality.
All of God’s creation is designed with a purpose and for a purpose. And God is the one who sustains life and holds all things together.
What’s something awesome you’ve seen or learned about God’s creation that’s completely blown you away? Sometime this week, tell someone about it!
