Did you know that connecting with God is not limited to just things like prayer, or reading the Bible, or going to church? Just like this verse says, love comes from God, and we can connect with God by showing that love to other people. When we practice love by serving or caring for others, we’re actually connecting with God in the process. Practice showing a little love this week! Ask your Small Group Leader or mentor about a service opportunity within your church or community that would allow you to show some love to others. Then, grab a few friends and go try it out!
