We often link the feeling of being at peace to having “enough” in our lives: enough friends, enough money, enough intelligence.
But the reality is, “enough” will never really be enough. None of those things are guaranteed to bring us peace because none of them were designed to give us peace. They weren’t designed to be enough.
But you know what will be enough to bring us lasting peace? God! Nothing else created, loves, and wants the best for us the way God does.
