90 Days Of Prayer: Daily Prayer Through PsalmsSample
Read Psalm 7 today.
What situation is the psalmist in? How is he feeling?
Who does the psalmist turn to in prayer and why?
What expectations does the psalmist have of God?
We can have confidence in God when facing overwhelming situations.
As you reflect on this, pray in these ways and any other way the Holy Spirit leads.
- For those who feel they do not have the words to express their feelings to open up to the Lord in prayer and know that it is OK to pour their souls out to the Lord.
- For those who are pursued by an enemy to remember how God has been with them in the past and to embrace their faith in the Lord.
- For those who feel downtrodden and defeated to find strength in knowing that the righteous prevail.
- For those who feel distant from the Lord to continue to talk to him.
- For those who are troubled to find comfort in knowing that God is in control.
