As you reflect on this, pray in these ways and any other way the Holy Spirit leads.
- For the ability to express honestly the depths of your pains and frustrations.
- Ask God to help you love those who hate you.
- Pray for those who inflict pain and suffering on fellow human beings. Pray for their actions to stop and for them to turn from these ways.
- Ask God to help you know how to fight the real enemy, who is Satan.
- Pray for strength and hope for Christians who are going through persecution for their faith.
