90 Days Of Prayer: Daily Prayer Through PsalmsSample
Read Psalm 13 today.
What is the psalmist expressing through his questions?
What is the psalmist asking God for?
What does the psalmist express at the end of the psalm?
God receives our questions and our requests.
As you reflect on this, pray in these ways and any other way the Holy Spirit leads.
- For honesty in our disappointments, frustrations, and doubts.
- For encouragement and perseverance in times when God seems particularly distant or quiet.
- For the extended situations where God does not seem to act or respond and that we would be people who walk with others through these difficult times.
- That we would trust in God’s steadfast love, remembering his goodness to us, and allowing memories of his faithfulness to help us through the times when he seems far away.
