Epic (Part 2): The Storyline Of The BibleSample
After the war, Israel realizes that one of their tribes will no longer exist. They come up with a strange plan to get wives for the few men of Benjamin who remain. Judges ends as it began - with a statement of how everyone did whatever they wanted. However, the end is far worse than the beginning.
This is how it is in life. Doing whatever we want sounds good at the beginning, but leads to consequences we don’t foresee. God knows what is best for us. Following his direction and the leaders he has given us is better than what appears to be freedom in doing things our own way.

About this Plan
This is part two of a four part plan to read the books of the Bible that tell of the historical events. Although the Bible contains many stories, it is one epic story of God’s interactions with humanity. One day per week can be used to catch up on missed readings or for reflection. Notes are also included to assist with understanding.
