The Fountain Of Life Dear Father, I love how a fountain enables life-giving water to flow through it. I exalt Christ because I and all His followers have the certain assurance that He is the divine Fountain of Life, the Fountain of our lives! I praise Him that according to John 1:4, He was with You in the beginning and that: “In him was life, and that life was the light of mankind.” Glory to Him that He is the self-sufficient, ever-flowing, perfect source of all physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual life, and that He holds together and governs all the life He has created. As I look at the parts of today’s Scripture passage, I am exceedingly grateful that Christ is the Fountain of Your love, faithfulness, righteousness, justice, preservation, refuge, abundance, delight, light and immeasurably more! I pray You will help me, my family members and the whole Church to have an unquenchable thirst for the Fountain of Life, so that every part of our lives flows from Him. I also pray that as we share about the Fountain of Life with our unsaved friends and relatives, they will become so thirsty for Him that they will eagerly receive Him as their Savior too. I ask these things in Jesus’ name.
