We have the power to obey God and what His Word says. Jesus was able to think about what God's Word said and then obey it. Loving God with our mind means knowing and remembering what God says in the Bible.
- Play a few rounds of "Simon Says" with your child.
- Discuss the following questions: Was it hard or easy to obey? When is it hard to obey God? When is it easy to obey God?
Prayer: Jesus, thank you for our minds. Help us use our minds to show we love You. Help us think about You and stories from the Bible. We love You! Amen.
