Streaks: WorshipSample
Creator of it all
Have you ever sat for a while and admired something about the world? Maybe it was an amazing sunset, or you were at the beach and couldn’t stop thinking about how huge the ocean is, or maybe it was some animal you saw cruising around doing its animal thing and you were totally caught up in how cool it was. Whatever it was, it is easy to get lost in amazement when we consider all that God has created. From the way the entire universe works together to keep life going on earth, to the way cells and microscopic stuff we can’t see works to keep us alive and healthy…the world God created is nothing short of awesome! That is why all throughout the Psalms, we see these authors praising God for being such a powerful and creative Creator. When you stop to think about the fact that everything that exists was God’s idea – that it wouldn’t exist without Him – it will absolutely blow your mind! So, wherever you find yourself today, pay attention to everything that God created. Look for how all the layers work together, and tell God just how awesome He is as you feel that rush of awe and wonder sweep over you.

About this Plan
The book of Psalms is a collection of songs and poems written to God. It is basically the worship music of ancient Israel. And while music is a powerful method of worshiping God, it is merely one of many ways we can bring Him praise. This seven-day plan will take us through two Psalms per day that reveal a different aspect of God and ways to praise Him for that.
