Romans is often considered Paul’s theological masterpiece. It delivers a comprehensive treatment of Christian life and faith. It is a letter that has confounded some and illuminated others to the mystery of Christ (Colossians 4:3). In it Paul uses a great deal of ink dealing with confusion of the Law given by Moses and the grace delivered via the cross of Christ. And it is in Chapter 10 that Paul confronts the Jews head-on with this reality.
Although Israel had rejected righteousness by pursuing the Law they could not keep, it made a way for the Gentiles to enter the kingdom. Any question of what is required to reunite humanity with their Creator is answered and summed up so simply—confess that Jesus is Lord.
As you go about your day, hanging with friends, playing sports, attending family events, or just grabbing a quick coffee, think about how you interact with those around you. Look for the opportunities, pray that the Holy Spirit will help you be bold, and be ready to speak up when it’s time. You never know, you might be the one God uses to change a person’s life for eternity.

About this Plan
Because ignoring the great commission is not an option. Jesus left us with the great responsibility to go and make disciples, to be witnesses, and to be his hands and feet in this world. Don’t leave something so important to chance. This reading plan is created to help you make disciples who make disciples. Use this reading plan along with the Awana Journey Bible Study book entitled Witnesses.
