Praying God's Word Over Your Kids: Part 1Sample

When He was asked what the greatest commandment in the Law was, Jesus' response was a surprise. Loving God and loving people sums up His reply in Mark 12:28-31. Of all the rules He could have said, these are the two He chose. So it only makes sense that as Jesus followers, this should get our focus. Not that other things aren't valid or necessary. But, truth, seasoned with a whole lot of grace and love, is easier to digest...especially to an unbelieving world. So, let's preach this Truth to them smothered with a whole lot of love.

Join me in praying that our children would love God with their entire being, which would then enable them to love the world as well.

●____________ will love the Lord his God with all his heart and with all his soul and with all his mind and with all his strength. And ____________ will love his neighbor as himself. (Mark 12:30-31)

●____________ will let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for when ____________ loves others he has fulfilled the law. (Romans 13:8)
