This Time Next YearSample

To say discouragements won’t come in 2018 would be false. Recently, I had a moment of discouragement. There I was, staring at a new year, new expectations, new messages to preach, new series to study, new dreams to activate, and I remembered this surge of faith rising up in me. I heard God say, “Believe for greater, dare to dream for greater, pray for greater!” In that moment, I began to declare faith, life, and hope over the present & the future; the atmosphere & my mindset SHIFTED.

God wants us to ask Him to get involved! He wants us to believe for the impossible because it requires us to surrender control and give Him the room to work in & through us! If we can see it in the supernatural, He can do it in the natural! If you can see it and believe it, it is a lot easier to achieve it. God wants us to ENLARGE our vision this year. He does not want us to look back this time next year and wish we would have said yes to the dream, said yes to the call, said yes to the opportunity. He wants us to look back on 2018 and this time next year and reflect on the yes, the call, and the opportunity coming to PASS! This time next year, how do we look back and see those things come to pass? We have to call those things that are not as though they were in 2018. We have to speak FAITH over what seems impossible. 

In Ezekiel 37, God said, “Ezekiel, speak vision into these dry bones.” The breath of God is looking for a man or woman who would open themselves up to His power and welcome His spirit breathing inside of them— full of His life, grace, and vision. God’s vision is prophetic. It’s life-giving, and it stirs up new life inside you. You know, some people die before their dead: they let their dreams die, their passion die, their goals die, and their vision die. They let their present circumstances control their future steps. They convince themselves that a bad day is a bad life. 

When you live with a Heavenly perspective of today & tomorrow, God’s life and hope outpours out of you! This time next year, God wants you to look back and be full of faith to say that no matter what happened in 2018, God’s life, Word, promise, hope, peace, comfort, and joy surpassed it.
