Obey God's WaySample
I obey right away.
When Jonah chose not to obey God right away, there were bad consequences for him, and for others. A violent storm came and terrified the sailors that were with Jonah, Jonah was thrown overboard to be swallowed by a fish, and the people of Nineveh kept on sinning because Jonah hadn’t shared God’s message with them. But God gave Jonah a chance to ask for forgiveness and decide to obey, and Jonah took it! He obeyed God, and the Ninevites were blessed because He shared God’s message with them. They listened, stopped sinning, and asked God’s forgiveness.
Tell Someone: Share some blessings God gives to you and to others when you choose to obey right away.
