This Translation of the New Testament is for the Macedonian language, which is primarily used in the Republic of Macedonia and the Balkan states. An estimated 2 million people speak Macedonian as their mother tongue. It uses Dynamic Equivalence Translation method which represents sense-for-sense translation into the modern, standardized Macedonian language.
