RestartExemplo
At the end of every week, we'll give you a challenge—something to try that might be outside your regular routine. Each challenge is designed to help you develop one important spiritual habit. This week, it's...
SHARE YOUR STORY
You've probably been told it's really important to share your story of faith with others. But sometimes we think we don't have a story to tell or we're not ready or experienced enough to share it. But the truth is, you do have stories to share, and you're ready right now! Today's challenge is going to help you identify a part of your story that's worth sharing, and then help you share it. Because sharing your story can help others, but sharing it helps you grow, too!
CHALLENGE
Have you ever been invited to join a team or club and couldn't wait to tell your friends or family about it? When we feel unwanted, God says we belong. That's great news! Here are some ways you can share your story today...
- DO A BEFORE AND AFTER: Grab a notecard and jot down this fill-in-the-blank: "When I felt ____, God said I was ____." Take a picture and share it with a friend or on social media.
- SHARE A PHOTO OF YOU WITH OTHERS GOD HAS PUT IN YOUR LIFE: Have a memory of a time when you felt like you belonged? Share it with others!
- THANK SOMEONE WHO HAS HELPED YOU FEEL LIKE YOU BELONG: God often uses others to show us what it looks like to belong. Think of someone who went out of their way to make you feel wanted, and send them a note of thanks.
- INVITE SOMEONE TO JOIN YOU: There are people all around you who feel unwanted or wish they fit somewhere. Next time you hang out with friends or head to church, ask if they'd like to come with you.

In video games, when you face challenges and make mistakes there's always the option to start over. In real life, it's not so easy to recover, but Jesus gives us a chance to restart — no matter how difficult our circumstances. In this 4-week devotional series from Grow Curriculum, we'll look at people who needed God's help to give them a restart and discover how to trust God's promises.
