Relating With Wealth Biblically Exemplo
DEVELOPING THE RIGHT MINDSET FOR WEALTH
In Romans 16:19-20a, the Bible says, “For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil. And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly.”
Everything in the world has a good side and an evil side. Money has a good side and an evil side. Sex also has a good side and an evil side. As much as Christians are trying to protect their children and/or themselves from the evil side of wealth, they are not becoming wise and adept on its good side. Romans 16:19 says, “…but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil.” And the result will be that “…the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly” (Rom. 16:20a). If you are ignorant concerning the good, Satan will bruise your feet shortly. God cannot put Satan under your feet in an arena where evil and good are contending and you are ignorant concerning the good and the evil.
Sadly, because of incomplete knowledge, an average Christian has become simplistic, ignorant of both evil and good, and always has to operate in the arena of life where he stands no chance due to his lack of knowledge. Do an audit of your mind to identify any wrong financial attitudes you may have imbibed as a result of incomplete knowledge or a lack of knowledge about finances in the Kingdom.
PRAYER: Lord, help me to understand and master the good side of wealth as You intended so that I may use it for Your glory in the world around me in Jesus’ name. Amen!

Wealth is not a man’s idea; it is from God. God wants His children to operate in wealth and He gives them power to get it, however, the subject of wealth is highly controversial, not because God has not spoken about it but because of the devil’s opposition to the prosperity of God’s people. In this 30-day devotional, you will learn how to get wealth biblically.
