What Is God's Kingdom Like?Exemplo
Those who reject God as King will be judged
Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world… Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. (Matthew 25:34; 25:41)
God’s Kingdom is like a festive banquet we read about yesterday, but in order to avoid blind spots today, I want to stress that declining God’s invitation does not just make you ‘miss out on a party.’ Rejecting God has very serious consequences.
Jesus explains this with another parable. This time, it’s about a nobleman who receives a kingdom. But some citizens don’t want him to reign over them and send a delegation to plead their cause — to no avail. When the nobleman is crowned king, he orders his servants to bring his enemies, who did not want him to reign over them and kill them (see Luke 19:27).
This sounds pretty brutal, doesn’t it? But if human kings react like this, what will God do to people who reject Him while He is their Creator and has every right to be their King?! He will send them into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. They’ll have to spend eternity with the ‘king’ they chose above God, which will be horrible.
Please make sure you accept God’s invitation to become a citizen of His Kingdom!

Jesus invites people into the kingdom of God. This is not an actual physical place. It transcends time and space, which makes it difficult to see what God’s Kingdom exactly is. Let’s read a collection of Bible passages to learn what God’s Kingdom is and how you can inherit it.
