Holy Week - a ReflectionExemplo
Victory!!!
I love Easter Sunday!
On Easter Sunday morning, the greatest miracle of ALL TIME occurs! Jesus comes back from the dead, and EVERYTHING changes!!! The Bible describes it this way:
“After the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb. There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men. The angel said to the women, ‘Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; He has risen, just as He said. Come and see the place where He lay.’” (Matthew 28:1-6, NIV)
He is risen! He is risen indeed!
Jesus is risen, and because of that fact, I can be reconciled to God! Because of the resurrection of Jesus, death no longer has the final word, sin can be forgiven, hope is found, and I can become a new creation!
I gave my heart to Jesus as a young boy. I met a group of young college students from Alabama who had come to my community to do summer clubs. One sunny day, after playing games, singing songs, and learning Bible verses, a young man named Andy asked me if I wanted to accept Jesus as my Savior. I said yes. He prayed a simple prayer with me, and my journey with Jesus began.
Years later, as a high school student, I came to a crisis moment where my faith became my own. After turning to my own way, the living Jesus brought me to a place where I had to choose—my way or His way. I chose His way, and that day, I chose Jesus not only as Savior…but as Lord of my life.
On this Resurrection Sunday, have you accepted all that Jesus accomplished through His resurrection? The power of the resurrection emancipates us completely, delivers us fully, transforms us entirely, restores us wholly, and saves us eternally!
Join me right now and say it out loud: “He is Risen!”
What a joy! What a hope! What a miracle!
The same Jesus who defeated death can give you your miracle today! What is the miracle you are asking for? Say it out loud! Receive that miracle and live with the hope that the One who knows you, loves you, and can hear you is a MIRACLE-WORKING GOD!!!
Believing for your miracle today!!
