Protection in My Righteousness

In the midst of so much sin, God always wants to free us and protect us.

There are various stories in the Bible that show us this great truth. One of those is how God rescued Lot and his family from a city full of sin and wickedness. Another story is when God ordered Noah to create an ark because there was going to be a flood because the people were full of sin. The Bible tells us that Noah found grace before the eyes of God when the earth was full of wickedness. God protected those who walk in a straight path.

With these two biblical examples I want to illustrate that God always wants to protect us. He gave protection to Noah and Lot’s family, even in the midst of sin. God always wants to keep you for Himself.

How beautiful it is to finish this devotion knowing that God’s protection is with you, and it is available every day and at every hour. That is the love of God, His care, and His protection for every single one of us. You are not just loved; you are also taken care of and protected by our God.

Prayer: God, thank you for helping me in my weakness. Thank you for protecting me in the midst of my humanity. I ask you to help me walk in righteousness.

I want to be part of this by praying for your life and by getting to know you; message me on Instagram @Tavo97cr.

I want to thank Daniel J. Cordova for translating from Spanish to English and Dr. John Deisher for editing.

Thank you for getting to the end of this devotional! God Bless You!
